How to properly report an Issue.

First, please read latest posts. Maybe you are not the only one with that problem and maybe it's even resolved.

If you don't find any similar problem:
  1. Create new Topic with descriptive Title

  2. Provide as many informations as you can (server you are playing on; all specific conditions when the bug appers, etc...)

  3. Provide your logs.

How to create and send logs.

Due to frequent inquiries as to copy and send the logs, I have prepared for you a short tutorial.
The entire manual on how to establish a topic, described the forum rules .

If you have problem with WMP (installation, something is not working / not displayed) Remember to include (as attachments) python.log, xvm.log, pmod.log, webiumMods.inf and Setup log !.
This will speed up resolving your problem.

Standard paths for the manual extracting:
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\python.log
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\xvm.log
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\pmod.log
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\webium\logs\webiumMods.inf
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\webium\logs\Setup Log 201X-XX-XX #00X.txt

Now you can easily create the archive using LogTool.exe, which can be found in the root directory of the game (you can place a shortcut on the desktop).
C:\Games\World_of_Tanks\LogTool.exe
LogTool.exe can also be executed from the Start menu -> webium's modpack -> Create Archive Log

Created archive "webiumLogs.zip" can be found in the \webuim\webiumLogs.zip.

The archive then insert as an attachment to your question on our forum.

When is the best time to create these files?
It is necessary to copy these files as soon as there is a problem (something you will fall) before you start the game again!
If something bites when playing (eg. Gunsight, chat, etc.), turn off the game and copy the files immediately!
Both files immediately send the best (insert as an attachment), along with a description of the problem on our forum .

How to send these files to our forum?

If you have registered in our forums - registration
If you are ready to file webiumLogs.zip or individual logs.
1. Load a new topic or find a suitable topic already established (must be unlocked).
2. When setting up reply or edit the theme, the bottom of the Message (editor text box) Line Attachments and there you will find the button ADD FILE.
3. Click on ADD FILE, enter the path to the file and click Open.
4. In the text box, describe your problem.
5. Click on Submit.

You may find that your topic in the section just do not see (as it would be based), topic is awaiting approval by a moderator. It's a routine precaution, if you are currently registered at the Forum - set up a new account. Theme after moderator immediately appear in the section where it was founded. Please be patient and do not create just another topic!

If you want to insert query as unregistered.
WebiumLogs.zip desired file or individual logs - python.log, xvm.log, pmod.log, webiumMods.inf and Setup log. Insert somewhere on the cloud, where there is no registration required for download! Download link, then enter a description of the problem to the forum .
